    Decarbonization and
    Energy Transition

Committed to helping companies, industries, air and marine navigation to comply with current European environmental requirements and to respond positively to the demands of its customers, Energy Con has developed a roadmap service for Decarbonization and Sustainability.

The roadmap presents a wide range of measures, based on thermal and electrical energy efficiency, electric mobility and renewable energies, such as solar, wind, biomass and hydrogen, which aim at the energy transition and industrial decarbonization. This service will allow companies to achieve carbon neutrality and energy self-sufficiency, through a significant reduction in CO2 emissions, combined, in many situations, with a reduction of the electrical or thermal energy consumption. These measures are implemented with equity capital or through external funding, guaranteed by Energy Con’s network of national and international partners.

Proposal for a global tax on CO2 emissions:

The urgency to reduce current levels of CO2 emissions led the European Union to launch the Green Deal program and more recently, the FIT to 55%, which aims to reduce CO2 emissions by 55% by 2030, when compared to 1990.

The thought of a global, comprehensive and high tax on carbon dioxide emissions seems inevitable to pressure the different players in the EU to considerably lower their emissions. The amount of this tax is not yet known, but it can be between €60 to €100 per ton of emitted CO2.

Take the first step towards decarbonizing your company and reducing electricity consumption.
